Returns and Exchanges

Returns must be received within 30 days of the initial purchase date in order to be refunded the initial purchase price excluding any shipping or tax charges. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returns. Items must be unused and still in new condition in order to qualify for a refund. Additionally, all components of the order must be returned. Returns that are requested after 30 days, items that are deemed to be used, or if there are components missing from the original order, will not qualify for a refund. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item.

If you receive an item and it has a defect in the manufacturing process, does not fit, etc. please contact us and we will assist with a warranty exchange for your item. All warranty / fitment / installation issues will be discussed on a case by case basis to initiate a return.  Bombshell Gear will require photos or additional information regarding the issue you are having.

If you receive an item damaged in transit, we will attempt to help with the situation via the shipping company, but the shipping company (USPS or UPS) is ultimately responsible for the safe transit of the product to your door. Bombshell Gear will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
